Jason offers comprehensive project management services, covering all phases of construction, including Pre-Construction, Permitting and Jurisdiction Coordination, Construction, and Post-Construction. He ensures efficient project execution, from initial planning and permit acquisition to ongoing management during construction and successful project completion.
Phase 1A - Preconstruction Services

Jason collaborates with the preconstruction design and contractor teams to monitor documentation progress, create conceptual estimates, develop bid strategies, and ensure quality control of project plans. He reviews contractor proposals, staffing, schedules, and contracts, and actively participates in project meetings with all stakeholders. He coordinates permitting, utility relocations, and project mobilization, while creating and monitoring the project schedule. Jason also manages neighbor relationships, prepares for excavation, coordinates with utility consultants, and assists in developing strategies for specific project needs. He ensures the preparation and submission of necessary inspection packages to meet regulatory requirements.
Phase 1B – Permitting and Jurisdiction Coordination

Jason assists the Owner and Design Team in preparing and submitting documents to obtain a building permit. He attends required pre-construction meetings and reviews permitting comments, facilitating the Design Team's response. Jason works with the Owner, General Contractor, and Civil Engineer on site utilization and land development permits, including Sediment and Erosion Control, Traffic Control Plans, and Right of Way. He also coordinates state requirements such as the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Notice of Intent.
Phase 2 - Construction Services

Jason attends and participates in meetings with the Owner, Architect, Contractor, and subcontractors to ensure coordination and monitor on-site activities. He verifies contractor and vendor performance, including security and specialized services, and manages the baseline construction schedule and progress updates. Jason reviews the contractor’s monthly payment applications, coordinates lender inspections, and evaluates change orders and third-party inspection reports for compliance. He tracks costs, reviews contractor logs, and oversees the punch list and project deficiencies. Jason also supports the Core & Shell and Use & Occupancy processes and provides the Owner with monthly reports and project status updates.
Phase 3 - Post-Construction

Jason works closely with the Owner to transition the building to the asset management team and oversees the fulfillment of close-out obligations by contractors and vendors according to project documents and contracts. He manages permit closeout and facilitates project completion, leading to bond release. Additionally, Jason reviews the general contractor’s final payment application and lien releases to ensure proper final payment.
