Built-in 1915 this structure is a staple to the community. To Jason, this boathouse is a symbol of North Carolina, his family, and childhood memories. Portuguese Water Dogs originate from the Portuguese region of the Algarve. The bread then became more popular and was found in neighboring regions all around Portugal's coast.
